The overall aim is to create a prompting guide that will enable you to develop and implement a supportive and caring leadership style, combined with an ability to get results for your people and your customers.

When can I use it?

The guide is themed around a workout and comes in the form of 44 double sided cards. Each card contains suggestions on how you can make the approach come to life or “do the workout”. So, as well as reading about a different approach, the idea is that you give it a go!

Not everything will appeal to your leadership style. That’s fine, choose what works best for you but don’t be afraid to experiment.

Some managers have said they will use a new one each day, others will choose the ones most relevant to their team’s situation.
