The problem is knowing what works and what does not. Because you cannot be there in person, your writing must speak for you. There is no body language, facial expression or other physical way of establishing your presence. In this workbook we will expose you to current ideas about writing reports. Together we will explore the elements that make these documents effective. This will require your attention, interaction and practice.
