A key aspect of TOOJAYS approach to Training and Development is exposure to practical experience.
We combine the theoretical and academic knowledge of the many Leadership models and give individuals an opportunity to experience (and as a result learn) for themselves the consequences of their leadership style.
It is this blend of experiential learning, facilitation and challenge of individuals perceptions and beliefs – together with an element of fun and enjoyment, that makes these events such a rewarding opportunity for our clients.
Delivered off site or in house, bespoke solutions can be given for all levels of management from Board Members to frontline team leaders.
