Investment in training?

Interested to know what the average number of days given for employee training is?

We know of some employers that set aside 10 days a year per employee for L&D.

Is this the norm? What's your experience?

In my organisation we have 5 days aside for personally development for individuals...but this is an internal figure that isn't communicated to staff.

Perhaps it should be?
