As an experienced learning and development professional, senior manager, facilitator and coach with over 20 years' of international experience in HR & L&D, he brings a commercial focus to organisations' L&D, ensuring tangible ROI through experiential, practical training interventions. His passion is creating learning and development in others…his approach is empathetic, consultative, adaptive and inspirational.

Catherine Martin - Company Secretary

Catherine's administrative skills developed during her eight years in Financial Services, as well as running her own successful business, means that she is ideally suited for monitoring proceedings within TOOJAYS. Her attention to detail and good business sense, combined with strong customer ethics, ensures that excellent service is delivered at all times.

Emma Wakeling - PA/Office Manager

Emma joined the company in 2008, bringing ten years’ office experience with her. Responsible for supporting Lee and overseeing the smooth running of the office, Emma’s knowledge and understanding of clients’ needs make her the perfect first point of contact. Her IT knowledge, L&D awareness, and input to Sales and Marketing processes make her a true generalist and a great asset.

Miral Mahrous - L&D Consultant

Based in Amsterdam, Miral is an experienced and dynamic HR Professional with excellent interpersonal skills matched with exceptional analytical skills. She is adept at delivering real change management programs with buy-in from all concerned. A natural team player with a strong sense of urgency and a will to get things done, she has a vast amount of international experience and knowledge of dealing with multi-cultural organisations. Furthermore, as a multi-linguist, she is able to engage with clients effectively.

Rob Hendy - L&D Consultant

Rob has over twenty years’ experience of working in customer led, people focused businesses. He became interested in people development when he worked in the hospitality business, where he clearly had a flair for working with groups and individuals, sharing knowledge and helping them improve their performance. A confident coach, dynamic presenter and skilled facilitator, Rob thrives on working with groups. He works with senior management teams, both in the UK and overseas, in industries as diverse as banking, pharmaceuticals, sport, local authorities and manufacturing.

Trent Rosen - L&D Consultant

Trent has been a Learning and Development professional for over twelve years and applies his Aussie enthusiasm and cheerful optimism to everything he does. He has worked internationally across a broad range of sectors including public and private within the United Kingdom and Australia, and as a result, has a huge wealth of experience and knowledge of business and employee diversity. Coaching is an area which he thoroughly enjoys and is most passionate about.

Iain Wilson - Outdoor Learning Consultant - Cert Ed, MinstLM, MITOL

Iain is a creative and experienced developer of leadership competencies and works closely with individuals to aid them in achieving their potential within their leadership role. Having worked with leaders at all levels within private and public sector organisations, his patience and supportive nature are complemented by his enthusiasm for a coaching role. His experiences of operational leadership positions within the military enable him to support best practice principles in our outdoor learning activities.

With a military and business background, Jon's career in people development and corporate team building spans thirty years. His time is spent working closely with his clients around business objectives, performance and motivation. CIPD and SDI qualified, Jon is an inspiring character with a clear passion for people and their development.

Angela Fowler - Executive Coach

Angela has over twenty years’ HR experience working with both the Private and Public sector. She is a logical thinker who uses mature judgement with a high degree of attention to detail in providing innovative and customer focused solutions. Her ability to engage individuals at all levels ensures that she gains buy-in and commitment with those that she coaches. Her objective approach ensures tangible results!

David Hill - HR Consultant MCIPD

As a HR Generalist, David gained experience within Oil & Gas, Security, Research, Construction, Financial Services and Media sectors. His detailed approach, combined with clear understanding of business operational needs, makes his advice and input to business leaders and managers invaluable.

Colin Nottage - Associate

Colin has worked within the fields of health, safety, quality and environmental management for over 25 years. His philosophy is straightforward - keep things simple and interact fully with the people doing the work. Colin has a post-graduate certificate in safety and risk management, is a chartered member of IOSH, and has the IEMA associate certificate in environmental management. He is a PTLLS, IOSH and CIEH qualified trainer. He is also a tutor for Strathclyde University in Safety and Risk Management, and is a member of both the HSE led Construction and Quarries Partnership Teams on dust.
