By signing up to the Online HR Manager Service you will get a FREE BASIC HR AUDIT.
With our Free Basic Audit you will be contacted directly by one of our HR Consultants who will work with you to conduct a review of your current practices.
The Audit will cover:
• An initial exploratory meeting – to gain understanding of your Organisation's purpose, values and current objectives
• A Basic HR Documentation review – covering terms and conditions and HR policy & procedures
• We will produce a standard report outlining initial findings and highlighting priorities in line with Employment Legislation, Best Practice aligned to the current Organisation climate.
From this process we will be able to advise and make recommendations to you on your HR provisions and compliance with current legislation.
Advanced HR Review
For a small fee we can conduct an advanced HR Review.
Our Advanced HR review will cover all areas detailed in the HR Audit but in addition will carry out a full HR & Training/Development review and include:
• A review of Recruitment and Selection policies
• Analysis and review of Reward Strategy
• A review of Training/Development plans
• A Organisational Structure review
• A Final detailed report outlining suggested priorities – produced in the style of a 12 month plan
This comprehensive review will ensure that your HR provision is compliant and make clear plans for Strategic long and short term addressing of any development areas.
